Perez Architecture Studio is a small design firm that is founded and guided by the principles established in our faith in God.  As in life, our work puts God and others first in all that is done.  Our prayer is that the fear of The Lord will be the framework for every aspect of our work because the fear of The Lord is the beginning of all wisdom.  Our direct intention is that every aspect of every project, from the initial client meeting to project construction, is based on Godly truth and righteousness.

Julio founded Perez Architecture Studio in 2020.  After high school, he was a submariner in the Navy aboard SSBN 732 Alaska.  After serving in the military, Julio began studying architecture at UT Arlington, where he received both his undergraduate and master’s degrees. While in school and after graduation, he worked in the corporate environment of larger design firms such as HKS, Page, and Beck for 14 years. During this span of time practicing architecture, Julio has gained experience in the design and construction documentation of large healthcare projects and various other project types ranging from tenant finish-outs to warehouses to residential projects. He is fluent in managing design projects and teams on various platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, through the utilization of Revit.

The every day intent of each project whether it be commercial, religious, restaurant, residential, tenant development, or private or public sector, is to strive to provide design solutions and buildings that the client can be proud of.
